Current Vacancy

  • We are hiring for an International Business Development Executive.

    This role offers a unique chance to join a small, highly experienced and successful international sales team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in B2B long term relationship based sales by working directly with our Head of International Sales. You will contribute to our rapid growth and business objectives. This sales role includes the development of both new and existing business with partners currently in over 30 countries. Whilst Dublin based, the role will involve some international travel.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the International Head of Sales Identifying opportunities for growth and new business
    • Contribute to sales plans working towards achieving growth targets
    • Grow new client relationships for partner growth
    • Develop and manage existing client relationships and partnerships including renewals and new business
    • Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities in Smarter Surfaces' partner base
    • Manage normal sales administration activities such as CRM
    • Report weekly sales updates and results to Head of International Sales
    • Meet assigned sales goals for various initiatives and programs monthly, quarterly and annually
    • Develop new ideas and frameworks for future business development research
    • Participate in applicable events, international trade shows
    • Manage special sales projects

    The successful candidate will:

    • Have a minimum of 3 years Business Development experience
    • Be comfortable working on your own but also part of a team
    • Have a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, stay organised and be target driven
    • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage

    Job Offer:

    • Base €35,000 O.T.E €40,000
